We serve breakfast every weekday in all our cafés in Borås.
Breakfast buffet can be found Monday to Friday 07:30 – 10:00, Saturday 09:00 - 11:00 and Sunday 10:00 - 12:00 in the Viskan centrum lounge area (far right).
Breakfast buffet
Every weekday between 07.30 and 10.00, on Saturdays between 09:00 and 11:00, and on Sundays between 10:00 and 12:00, we serve our popular breakfast buffet at Viskan by Sandwalls plats. Here you will find everything you need to get a really good start to the day. We serve freshly baked sourdough bread, with toppings such as various cheeses, salami, ham, and fresh vegetables. You will also find yoghurt on the breakfast buffet, along with other treats and a rich selection of nuts, dried fruit, and Viskan's own muesli.
For those of you who want a hot breakfast, we have freshly boiled eggs, homemade scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon. If you fancy a fresh waffle with toppings, we always have freshly made batter so you can make your own waffle. As always, freshly brewed coffee, tea and juice are served with the breakfast buffet.

Weekend breakfast
Every Saturday from 09.00 to 11.00 and Sunday from 10.00 to 12.00 we offer our breakfast buffet as well as plated breakfast. Get the best start to the day and choose between Avocado toast, Smoothie bowl or American pancakes with berries or bacon.

For those of you who would like to take Wiskan's breakfast home, to the workplace or wherever you wish, we have put together a ready-made package.
